Great Hotel, so beautiful, pleasant change from dull skyscraper hotels. room very nice with huge window overlooking beautiful gardens. Good location by Panmen gardens/pagoda, which your stay allows you free entree to although we were charged to go as we were not told free entree was via back entrance only not main entrance, wasn't much money though. Great value hotel, would recommend to everyone, and will return there in the summer when we can enjoy the beautiful gardens. Suzhou- easier to get rickshaw than taxis, and faster too, traffic bad in Suzhou.
