I stayed at this hotel during Oct 2011 fair and it is decent. During rush hour, it could take 45 minutes to an hour to get to the exhibition place. As usual, TCG did not disappoint US, the hotel is good.

The service of the TCG Booking Center was quite good. Your response to my request was quick and your instructions were good. I only have one suggestion: It would be much more convenient for me to have been able to pay for the hotel by credit card online. It was inconvenient to have to fax my credit card information to you, and in addition to have to pay at the hotel when I arrived.
The hotel facility was quite nice. However, the staff at the front desk were not very helpful. We arrived late at night due to a delay in our flight. The front desk staff could not read my computer printout giving my hotel reservation information. (They could not
read or speak English, so I had to explain my reservation to them in Chinese. If I had not been able to speak Chinese, it would have been a lot more difficult!) Also, they did not give me a non-smoking room as I had requested. So, I was very unsatisfied with the hotel.

Thanks very much! I had a very pleasant stay in Guangzhou. Your service was excellent! The booking procedure was systematic. Everytime I had questions you used to give me prompt reply. Well done! The staff of the hotel was helpful & the room was clean. Don't be misleaded by the map! The hotel is located quite a distance from the East Rail Station & it's not a convenient location. The main hall & the lifts were a bit busy due to the club & pub at lower floors. However, it's a good choice based on the price.
