I have travelled extensively the past 25 years all around the globe. I have tried several different Travel Services in many different countries. Your Travel China Guide service is and has been a tremendous help. I have never had any problem, whatsoever and can highly recommend your service to anyone wishing for a care-free visit to China. The Sino-wiss Hotel was again a very pleasant oasis after a long and tedious work session and I am impressed with the professionalism of the hotel staff. The food has always been sublime and I'm afraid I always gain a few extra kilos after each meal. The only one thing- it should be more clear explained where hotel Shuttle bus stop is lockated in airport. Well, from my point of view the hotel has quite good location for stopover night and especially if one have early morning flight, cause it is only 15 min by bus from/to airport. Facilities is rather old, but quite adequate to hotel status. it is very quiet surroundings so night sleep was OK. Thks. Maybe a bit expensive considering pricing in other hotels. Major issue: I wasn't able to use the shuttle service to get to the hotel, one of the main reasons to chose this hotel. It is not indicated anywhere, and the fact that it is not included with the other hotel shuttle services is confusing. I finally took a legal taxi but I was cheated to pay 150Yuan for a service that I don't think should have cost more than 20. I am satisfied with the TCG Booking Center. 2 I am satisfied with the location and the surroundings of the hotel as well as their shuttle bus service to the airport. However the service from the staff could have been better as the standard of the room. The rooms are in need to be restored. The price is too high for the room standard.
