As per booking of hotel through you at Sino Trade Center, Guangzhou, I may inform you that I am fully satisfied with the co-operation and assistance of the staff of the hotel and have no complaint against them.

Staff were friendly and helpful. However, the hotel had problems accepting the smaller version of the credit card which I had.
