Thank you very much for asking my comments about the hotel. Our stay at the hotel early this year is ordinary. To arrive at the hotel, we hired a taxi, but the taxi driver was not willing to pick us up. He said that there was always traffic jams around the hotel. Finally, we find a taxi who would like to provide us the service. We were really upset about this.
The hotel has a good location and the surroundings are beautiful. The staff was friend and considerate. The hotel itself is not a genuine five-star one as advertised. The facilities of the hotel were dated but well-preserved. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the restaurant was poor in variety and the taste was ordinary. We did not like the cafeteria in the upstairs. The staff in the Business Center were friendly and efficient.
