I find the hotel good in terms of location and cleanliness. Staffs are helpful. My negative comment would be some of the days, I find the bed sheet sandy and I have to open it up and dust it, and the toilet is always flooded and become messy.

We found the hotel satisfactory and the rooms well fitted and decorated. The breakfast was very limited if you wanted the western option.

I chose this hotel based on the good reviews, and the hotel turned out to be OK. It is near restaurants, shopping areas, and sightseeing attractions; it is a great hotel for the price. I did not have a laptop but I went to the nearby sister hotel to use the hotel computer for Internet access. The staff was helpful showing me on the map where the attractions are. However, the breakfast was little disappointing and needs improvement; I went to the dining room one morning at 8:30 and they ran out of food. The staff said that there was a group of tourists earlier and they ate all the food!

This hotel is the best value for the money in Chengdu. Beds are extremely comfortable, A/C cold, shower pressure wonderful, cleanliness superb. Associates are very polite and competent. The front desk sent up a tech to assist with connecting my laptop to the free internet service (LAN cable provided in room); in 2 minutes, I was surfing the web. The nearby sister hotel provided me with exception service in printing documents directly from laptop. The breakfast buffet was exceptional.
