I have stayed twice this year at this hotel. Staff was prompt and very courteous. I was well taken care of. Western manager spoke english well and arranged transportation quickly. Suites were very large and comfortable. Guest Name : Mr. G Kott(Guest) Nationality : USA Updated : 2008-3-3 14:06:00 Comparable to a 4 or 5 star hotel in the states (at least our second room was). We had to change rooms because there was no electricity in our room. When you enter the room you must insert your room key in a device on the wall to turn the power on, when you leave, you take your key and it turns everything off. Down comforters on the beds, hair dryer, internet connection in the rooms and business center. Amenities are fabulous. Razor, hair dryer, magnifying makeup mirror, robe, slippers, shampoo, bath crystals, cologne, bath gel, toothbrush and toothpaste (I think we read about the Chinese toothpaste). They give you two bottles of water everyday for brushing your teeth. Breakfasts are good at the caf? ??we tried it for dinner one night when we were on our own, and it was awful. We didn?? want to eat there but we were tired and not real hungry ??so it was the only choice. Don?? do it. Japanese beer at the hotel is very good. NO TAP WATER OR ICE! We heard the rooftop restaurant was good.
