Sunny Sanya Family Inn which is located in Dadonghai Tourism Area is only 10-minute drive to the city center and 10 to 15 minutes’ walking distance to the Summer Department and Dadonghai Square. The hotel is a family inn with detached courtyard villas, and the spacious gardens here are a great place for both children and the aged. To meet the need of family, the hotel also offers mini family rooms and Garden View Family Room with a double bed and a bunk bed etc. The hotel offers buffet breakfast, seafood and local cuisine, which is convenient, healthy and safe. The items in the small supermarket here are complete and cheap.

Great family hotel. We went with our children and enjoyed our stay. The staff were great in helping us with any requests, including translation, recommending places to go and when my son hurt himself. The rooms are decent and clean, only thing we thought could be improved were the bathrooms were very small. Location was awesome as it was right on the beach boardwalk and everything was close. For the money you could definitely not get better!!! If we come back to Hainan we will definitely be back.

I am definitely a beach lover and I have stayed at the Sunny Sanya Family Inn in Sanya, Hainan 8 times. This small, family run hotel is very clean and the staff and owner will do anything to make your stay as perfect as it can be. I have talked with people who have stayed at bigger or better known hotels and we have compared experiences and mine always seems to be a happier better experience. Caddie Lieu is the owner and she is really good at what she does. I have some strange special requirements and she ALWAYS makes staying comfortable for me. Because staying there is so comfortable and care-free I will continue to return! I have also been there alone and with friends and family - it is great for both.

We fell very happy to stay in Sunny Sanya. Rooms were good
but air conditioner seems that can't make room cool well enough.
Other all was good. Breakfast was very nice.
Staff very nice and cooperative

Very nice place, located very close to Dadonghai beach.
Our double room was new, but not very big (this is normal for China).
I liked the style of the room, which was also full of small but useful things (e.g. tea-tray with a box of green tea).
We were pleased to find out that the breakfast was included into a room rate,
this is rather a small hotel than a hostel.
But I don’t think it’s perfect for meeting people. I mostly saw couples and families there.
