Dear Lena Qian, Thank you very much for asking for the hotel review. The hotel location is good, just in the city center. To take a taxi outside the hotel is easy. As a five star hotel, the hotel facilities can not compare with that of the major cities. However, it is rather well-equipped and fully acceptable as in Lanzhou. The guest room has a moderate size and is clean. The service is good. The water temperature in the bathroom turns cold sometimes. The buffet breakfast is delicious. The hotel is good although the price is a little expensive. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your professional service. All was arranged well by your booking center without any problem. Everything went as expected with no problems which made our visit to China a delight. But the hotel is far from the airport, the distance to the train station is just ok. The hotel itself is very good, modern facilities and well-skilled hotel staff are what you expected in a five star hotel. The hotel breakfast in the hotel is ok ?only Chinese breakfast.
