We had no problems with our reservations at both hotels. Our bookings were honored and I must say that I will use the services of travelchinaguide to make reservations on-line for my future visits to China.
The Garden view Hotel at Suzhou had some extremely drunk and noisy guests who screamed into the hotel well after midnight disturbing all the guests on both the nights while we were there. One of them even managed to open the door between our room and the adjoining room in his drunkeness and barge right in. That experience was rather scary in the middle of the night. Other than that we were well taken care of at both hotels.
I look forward to doing more business with travelchinaguide in future.
