I have nothing but the best to say about this hotel, friendly staff, beautiful garden, very nice room. This hotel was outstanding compared to the other two I visited. I give it 5/5. 2. Everything went well with our reservation. As for Suzhou Garden View Hotel, I would recommend it to anyone going to Suzhou. The hotel never forgot its Chinese heritage while still providing every convenience of modernity. Our three year old daughter enjoyed frolicking in the inner courtyard garden. From the curled eaves of the roof to the fish pond to the statues of Guanyin, the hotel provided a respite from the crowds while still showing us China. Many good restaurants were just around the corner. The Humble Administrator's Garden was within walking distance, albeit a long walk. Nothing about the hotel marred our visit.
