Hello, Suzhou University is just located in the Guanqian Jie/City Center area, where many hotels are available, like Starway Premier Suzhou Garden View Hotel, Pingjiang Lodge Suzhou and etc. And there are also some Muslim Restaurants, one of which is called Xinjiang Jaaksi restaurant.

It is about 90 km from Shanghai to Tongli and there is no train between the two places. But you can take a fast train to Suzhou first. After arriving at Suzhou Railway Station, you can take a coach to Tongli directly. The coaches are available every 30 mins. Besides, Shangri-La Hotel, Suzhou is located in Suzhou New District in Suzhou city, which is still far away from Tongli.

You can choose one in the city center, which is close to the Guanqian Jie and with convenient transportation. Suzhou Garden View Hotel and Pingjiang Lodge Suzhou are decent hotels.

The Suzhou Dushu Lake Conference Center is located in Suzhou Industrial Park. Thus, you could choose a hotel in the Industrial Park area, such as Chateau Regency Apartment, Suzhou; Kempinski Hotel, Suzhou and so on.
