 we were very satisfied with TCG's booking service.It was very efficient.
We were very happy with the price you secured for us. We liked the location,
as we weren't far from the bus station. Also we were able to visit the silk stores. Aslo we found the food at the hotel very good. The
service at the hostel was very friendly.

TCG Booking Center service was excellent. The website is nicely layout and easy to use. It offers a number of choices with competitive prices and many useful info. The responses were quick. The bookings were accurate. TCG is more than web-based services. The several times that I wanted or need to talk to a live person were assisted by courteous, patience and very helpful staffs. Suzhou Zhongshan Hotel is an OK hotel. The promotional rate was low but not necessarily a bargain. The carpet was full of stains and the bed mattress is hard. The staff service is good overall. The location is good. I understand Zhongshan hotel is a lower star hotel given the price but I have stayed in better condition hotel with comparable price in China. The hotel facility less favorable review is no reflection on the hotel staffs which provided good services.
