Swan hotel was good in location, quite near to the shopping mall and transportation was convenient. Rooms were big and tidy. Beds were huge and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was okay for me and the dinning room was very nice. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel and will stay longer next time if time allowed. Yes as you realized, i checked out 3 days earlier, my stay in Zhuhai was very far from perfect, so i decided to leave earlier and spend the days on Hong Kong. Good things in Swan hotel: Rooms very clean and excellent condition, the cleaning service is top quality. Good area, with shops and restaurants, and very safe. Bad things: The biggest one is that staff hardly speak any english, they try to be helpful but is a very stressing situation, only one person named Allan (i guess is the manager) speaks very little english. And i must say one very annoying person is a bellboy that works in the morning, when i arrived the first day i was in the interior of the hotel retrieving my reservation e-mail and this guy wanted me to leave, only when i showed the info in Chinese he stopped to bother me, and i think he have a lot of fun when a foreigner have language problems, this guy is really annoying. Anyway i do not regret using your services, if i need another reservation i will not hesitate to contact you, again thank you very much and i hope this info will be useful for you and for another travelers.
