A very good hotel with very convenient location. The hotel is located in the city center of Kunshan, very close to the financial center. The hotel is also near to Shanghai and Suzhou. I think Kunshan is a rising city in in Yangtze River Delta; the city is totally different from other big cities in China, like Shanghai, Beijing. But the hotel is a very good five star hotel. My reservation was made with TCG booking center, and there was no problem for my reservation when I checked into the hotel, the hotel staff kept the room for me, and found my reservation easily. The receptionist is courteous and kind, she can speak decent English, and so there was no problem for the communication. The hotel room is what you expected in a standard five star hotel, the bathroom is spacious, room equipped with Broadband Internet Access, the Writing Desk is very clean and new, the Safe is comfortable. All the room facilities work very well. I would like to highly recommend this hotel in Kunshan and also highly recommend TCG booking service to all.
