1. The overall experience was quite good. The room was very nice and the staff very helpful. It seemed like a good location as it was pretty central to shopping, restaurants, etc.
The only thing I was disappointed with was the hotel asked for a deposit that was MORE than the entire room charge for 4 nights. I did not bring a credit card along with me on the trip and I was definitely NOT carrying that much cash with me. If all the hotels in China are like this (that's what I was told), then people should be told this BEFORE they check in to the hotel.
2. Your booking service is very good. You replied quickly and were very informative. I will use you again if I return to China.
Thank you
Doug

The Tai Yue Suites was a great hotel for the price. The service was excellant; the breakfast delicious; and in a good location. I will consider staying there again if I am ever in Beijing. The staff was super; the room, while a little bit old looking, was still good for the price. I will recommend it. Sincerely, Rob Prather

I have stayed in this hotel before, and my first experience was good. Nice big and clean room, free buffet breakfast and broadband internet, and with some cable channels like HBO. Location is not bad as well, along Sanlitun street. However, in my second stay I had an unpleasant experience. At the time of check out, I was questioned about a wash towel that was never placed in my room. I felt very uncomfortable trying to explain that I did not take a towel that was never placed in my room. The hotel management needs to monitor the housekeeping practices closely to avoid such embarrassing incidents among its paying costumers!
