Regards to the Taishan Int. Hotel, Taian I stayed: Definitely 4 stars. Very clean. Good stay for your holidays and business. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The restaurant is reasonably priced and good. The buffet breakfast is good. Highly recommended.

Quiet new Hotel, facility ok, service friendly, English language partly ok. Problem at Reception, they could not handle the Credit-Card connection box, reception people tried 5 times, they could not handle it. (I phoned to my Credit card agency, result: agency has 5 times confirmed the credit: "everything ok"; disadvantage for me: each confirmation has reduced my credit volume).
Hotel is in quiet area but far away from town center. Taxi necessary but available.
Booking service and internet handling ok.
Problem now only to get right access to the feedback for the hotels. I thought there will be a prepared questionnaire.
My proposals therefore: provide a prepared questionnaire for the major interests (Hotel location, service, facility, ... and at the end the possibility for additional statements.

Longhai International Hotel is a three star hotel; this hotel is located t the foot of beautiful Mount Tai named as The Head of Five Most Famous Mountains in China. The hotel is not a luxurious hotel, but the location is great. The hotel is surrounded with the stream, green hills, songs of birds' and scent of flowers. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. But the hotel food is not good. They should improve the standard of the breakfast in the restaurant. I would like to recommend the hotel due to the great location.
