Dear sir,
It was nice to stay at best western hotel in yiwu. All the services and the hotel were good. The only problem I faced was the air-conditioning. I really found it strange that the hotel used to shut the ac plant at 12 in the night. I complained about the matter but it was not resolved. I was told that lot of guests used to complain that it used to get cold at night but what I have to say that since all the rooms had ac control units if somebody feels cold could shut the ac but if somebody feels hot he can not do anything about it reason the ac plant was shut. I have never seen this sort of thing any where in the world.

After complaining about ac i was told to open the window of the room so that air can come in. It is really strange.

Next time if you choose to stay in our hotel again, we will send you a welcome letter and plate with fruits to apologize for all troubles and inconveniences being made. We also promise you to upgrade the room; you will stay in a better room for the same price as before.

Location: The hotel's location was great with a big shopping mall attached to its main building. It was very convenient to go back room and rest for a while. And it was also very easy to go anywhere by public transportation from the hotel.

Room: Room was spacious and clean with a nice bathroom. The bed was comfortable and huge for me.

Excellent location, very nice decor and the service is excellent. English is ok like most of Yiwu, but the low prices and great attitude are fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to business people visiting the markets (next door).
