The service was excellent, very helpful in organizing transportation to the key points of intrest in and around the Sanya area. While not everyone there understands english very well they make every effort to try to accomadate their guests. The Sales Manager, Mr. Billy Zhang, I feel went above the norm in providing assistance. Overall a very good Hotel.
