The overall rating would be an ok.
Nice building and large rooms and suites, I found most of the staff poorly trained except for the assistant manager. The furniture is very good in all rooms but the maintenance is poor. We have booked 3 suites and we faced problems with bathrooms, some of the doors and the AC. We had to change the rooms for these issues. Their business center closes at 6:30 pm which is not practical. Breakfast was not up to a level of a 5 star hotel.
Booking through the TCG was very good and straight forward.
