We are interested in chatting with locals when we travel so that we can really experience the local life. About the hotel, the staff is super helpful even though I only speak a little Chinese.

Don't drink the water, even to clean your teeth. Our daughter was very ill after doing so. We were traveling with 2 children and needed 4 beds or 2 adjoining rooms. The folding beds were appalling. Our son's had a sharp piece of metal sticking up which hurt him. He shared our bed and they said the next morning they would change it and I got the cost of his bed dropped for the night. When we went to bed the next night the bed had not been changed and we had to wait up while it was done. Not a positive experience.

About the hotel, the staff is super helpful even though I only speak a little Chinese. But, their English is not good. Anyhow, they gave a right direction when we wanted to venture with limited Chinese words.

We were very satisfied with your service an the uncomplicated booking.The system is perfect, we didn`t have problems with the hotels, just we had to get used to the classification of the hotels (stars), seems different to europe.The hotel in Xian was very good, we had a pleasant stay, the staff is very friendly, perfect service, the rooms are clean. This was not our last travel to china, we are still very impressed and we will use your service again!! With regards
