I booked this hotel with TCG booking service. However I spent a long time for my reservation. TCG staffs are very kind and helpful. I really appreciate your service. The problem is that the hotel room rate was not issued when I wanted to book the hotel, I think that the hotel should finalize the room rate at least 3 months before during the peak season, because we were all worried about our hotel reservation during the travel peak season. Fortunately, TCG made the reservation for after the room rate confirmed. To be frank, I made many reservations with TCG for my trip in China and each time I got prompt response and efficient service, I will defiantly use TCG booking service again. The hotel is also very good, my friend once stayed in this hotel, she recommend this hotel to me, thus I choose this hotel during my trip in Chengdu, room rate is reasonable. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. The hotel staffs are very kind and courteous. I would like to recommend this hotel. We are typically FIT rather than part of a group tour. In fact you will see a growing FIT tourism market within this region. As such apart from hotels, we would need to arrange on our own transportation,etc. Our hope is that you can include services like that also. In places like Sichuan we travel a lot outside of Chengdu.
