Dear Joyce and Lena,

As regards feedback, I don't really have anything very specific to say other than I was very pleased with everything ... your service was very good, and all the hotels were absolutely fine.

Just one point ... at the TianRui Hotel, Beijing, your site advertises a restaurant, but when I enquired about a meal in the evening I was told that they had no more food:-) ... the first time I did this it was a bit late in the evening, so I wasn't so surprised (as I know that the Chinese eat early), but out of curiosity, i asked again another day at 6.30pm, to be told the same thing :-) ............ I must say I found it a bit odd ...

Anyway, it wasn't a problem since there are plenty of places to eat near the TianRui, and also, the hotel has a cafe (the Simoo cafe) where you can get a sandwich or a snack ... so it was fine.

All the best
richard.

Hello:

Both the hotels you booked for me-the Tian Rui in Beijing and the Bell Tower in Xi'an were excellent and I and my son and daughter-in-law enjoyed our stays very much. Your booking service was very good and the hotels expected us when we arrived--I was pleased working with you.

I will be returning to China in July with 6 students and will be asking you to book hotels for us in Suzhou and Hangzhou--I know which ones I want and will go through your system to book them.

cheers and thanks,

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel and your service. The staff were as attentive and responsive as any 5 star hotel I have stayed in. The location is very central and it is easy to walk to most of the main tourist sites. While I am living in China I will use your services as you have always been most reliable and informative. The only thing I did not like was using Paypal for the airfares and having to fax details; I would have preferred to use my mastercard direct.
