Terms and Conditions

1. About hotels
   1. You must be at least 18 years old to check in to the hotels.
   2. Maximum number of adults per room/unit is 2.
   3. Maximum number of children per room/unit is 2.
   4. The hotels considers guests aged 11 years and under, at time of travel, to be children.
   5. China hotel are always under great demand, the requests of nice view room, early check-in and Non-smoking rooms are not guaranteed by the hotels.  
   6. Availability of accommodations for extra guests is not guaranteed by the hotel.
   7. Hotel check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is 12:00 at noon. For the early check-in or late check-out, half to one night room rate will be surcharged.
   8. Normally, the hotel room rate will go up in public holidays, such as International Labor Day(from May 1st to May 7th), China National Day( from Oct 1st to Oct 7th), New Year’s Eve and Chinese Spring Festival. The hotel room rate is subject to change without any prior notice.
   9. TCG provides the rather competitive hotel rate for internet booking only. If your plane changes and need to extend your stay in the hotel with a good price, please directly contact with TCG booking center as early as possible to make sure the room availability.
2. About reservation
   1. We hope you are a serious purchaser when you send your booking request. Our operator make the room reservation accurately based on the information you offered to us. The city you will visit, your arrival and departure date, your hotel choice and passport name of the guests as well as the arrival and departure flight info are very important to make reservation.
3. About rates
   1. Unless specified otherwise, rates are quoted in US dollars and CN Yuan. The room rates are for double or single occupancy, including 15% service charge and excluding other imposed Government Tax, City Construction Fee, etc.
   2.  Some hotels room rate includes meal plan. If hotels quote the room rate with breakfasts at a package price, the hotel will not refund you breakfast’s cost whatever you use it or not.
   3. The room rates excludes extra guest charges and expenses of a personal nature such as laundry, telex, telephone calls, fax services, bar, massage expenses, etc.
4. About payment

   The transfer charge will be on your side. To be sure your payment reaching us smoothly, we hope you can fax us your bank receipt over 0086-29- 8526 1922. We are expected to receive your bank receipt or billing form within 48 working days as of date when we confirm you reservation. Or, we will cancel the booking without any prior notice.

   
   ------ Pay at the hotel

   Some of the hotels do not need to make full payment before you arrive. You are allowed to pay for the rooms at the room price confirmed by us at time of check-out with your personal charge in the hotel. But, China hotels are always under great demand in traveling season or in some dates hold international meeting or exhibition, and the hotel need to lock your reservation with your credit card information offered or one night room rate charged at time of confirmed booking.

   Once your booking is guaranteed whatever by your credit card or the full payment, any changes and cancellation on the booking will be bound to the hotel booking terms and conditions.
