Mr. Winlaw(Guest)(Australian) said:

Stayed at this hotel 4nights 25-28 March,2008. Travel agent booked on my request for 5 star hotel, on checking in was allocated a room that was more 2-3 star rating. On complaint to reservation desk was moved to more expensive room, and told by staff that hotel was only 4 star rated. Room I moved to was OK but NOT 5 star. All hotel facilities, service, restuarants were of good and food was excellent.
