General
Train Station Hotel, Wenzhou is situated on the western side of the train station with very convenient transportation. The hotel owns 205 guest rooms of various types, including standard double rooms, single rooms, deluxe suites, business rooms and business suites. All the guest rooms are capacious and quipped with double-layered glass windows in excellent sound-proof effect. Some rooms own independent kitchens. The hotel has Chinese Food Street, where many types of Chinese cuisine are available, self-service laundry, and convenience stores, where you can get daily necessities without going out of the hotel. The hotel also provides business center, gym, foot spa center, karaoke rooms and coffee bars.

The train Station hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms are very large and have every facility you could want. There is even a free self-service laundry facility. Staff is helpful and reception staff speaks good English. The breakfast which is included in the tariff is excellent.
The hotel itself is very clean, but the surrounding streets outside are very dirty and give it an unwelcome appearance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the hotel has a good restaurant also. The location is convenient for people arriving at the OLD railway station - however, the high speed railway station (WenZhouNan) is a long taxi ride across the city - we were caught out, expecting to arrive at the hotel, but instead had to get a long taxi ride.
As always, the service from TravelChinaGuide was very efficient.

The hotel is located in the city center, actually it is not in the city center, it is much close to the Railway station, and only few minutes walk away. And it is only 3km from the city center. However, the hotel is far from the airport. So, if you come to Wenzhou by train, it is more convenient for you to stay in this hotel. But, I had to stay in this hotel for one night because the taxi driver took me here. I came to Wenzhou from Beijing by plane; the taxi driver took from the airport to the hotel directly. Next morning, I checked out the hotel and find another hotel in the city. The hotel is just ok, the room rate is not expensive and the room is just not dirty.
