Thank you for your enquiry. Regarding to your questions, please see my comments below: 1. Yes, your service was excellent. Staffs were very efficient and response was very prompt. There was no problem of my check in the hotel. 2. V-inn was okay for me. The lobby was compact but well decorated. Room was huge and looked very new. However, there was no carpet in the room but is wooden floor board. It?l be somewhat slippery when you have a shower. Reception staffs were very friendly and helpful. The only problem was that few staffs could speak fluent English and made me quite frustrated. Anyway, it? good standard budget hotel, especially for those backpackers.
