Really like the location of this hotel - very convenient. Had a small, cramped room on the lobby floor and it was a very basic room and the bathroom flooded during a shower. Very noisy day and night. I asked for a change but the place was fully booked. Regarding the booking through TCG, i think it is very good to book through TCG. I have some reasons for these; 1. I think it is safer to book through such company like TCG. 2. TCG helps me a lot in guiding and solving my accomodation problems in china. For better service in the future, i suggest The TCG put more hotels at more provinces in china and macau as well as hongkong in your TCG list. While using the shower, the bathroom was totally overflooded. The room had no window and was very loud during the whole night. Next morning I want to change the room, but the clerk was unable or unwilling to give us an other room - therfore we checked out at once.
