So as you may know, we stayed in a Special Price room during our stay in Beijing (total of 7 nights in Wan Cheng Hua Fu hotel). I would say that we are not so satisfied about this hotel regarding its staff.

The staff was particularly inefficient ... we had to ask several times to get something (for example for a hair dryer). When we arrived, the room was clearly dirty, hairs accumulated on the carpet were a critical point. We asked for the cleaning on the day of arrival... one day later, nothing done, we had to ask again! .... Finally, they did it with a nonchalant manner!

In a general manner, when we asked something, we had the impression to bother them! Even we paid a cheap price for the room, we found this quite annoying. As compared to a stay we had in China in the same range of price, we found that the service in this hotel was very poor!

Regarding the location, this hotel is definitely an excellent spot! Nothing to say about this aspect.

The servive of TCG is good and acceptable.
But this hotel in Beijing is not good. The rooms are not clean. It has not refrigerators in rooms. It looks like a hostel not 3 star hotel.

So we took step and stay in this hotel which rate said is 3 star, really should say 2 star, marked as heated room shouldn't Say that, there is no heat and if some one like us get catch cold it is costly here in china, how ever we had to stay for such short trip not to lose time.

Thank you for your kind feedback.

About the star rating of the hotel, we were informed by the staff that the hotel is a three star hotel approved by the National Tourism Bureau. Since there is some difference in the evaluation of Star-rating hotels between China and abroad, the hotel may not be a standard three star hotel in foreign countries. Hope for your better understanding.

As for the heat, we would like to inform you that In China, the central heating is available from November 15 to the next March 15 in the northern part of the country. We noticed your stay period was from March 24 to 28, so there is no heating. We are sorry about it.

1. 90% for our experience to stay in Wan Cheng Hua Fu where I always stay when I travel to Beijing. The reasons are:
a. Very convenience to find the meal.
b. Good area for shopping
c. Not expensive for the fare of the hotel and good service for the level of this hotel.
d. Easy to use the public transportation i.g. taxi bus MRT
2. 100% for the service of the booking center, it is immediately to help me to change the booking. Smooth to check in and check out especially not pay to deposit or advance.

Thanks and hope you will help me to book the hotel or the air ticket around China because I like to travel to China.

1. My stay at the hotel was good. The location of the Hotel was excellent. It was very near to all major attractions. However, some of the guests were noisy. The staff were nice and friendly and helped me book an Acrobatic show.

2. My booking experience with TCG was excellent. There were no problems checking in. Service was very prompt at TCG.
