Dalian Wanda hotel is currently one of my favorite hotels while staying in Dalian, due to the courteous staff, great location, and comfortable accommodations At least once during every week of my stay I was given a plate of fresh fruit with compliments from the manager and my room was always very thoroughly cleaned each day. The majority of the staff speaks a fair amount of English (for the non-mandarin speaking travelers), and most (staff) are very familiar with the area, so I had no problems locating various areas of interest, as well as arranging transportation. Checking in to the hotel was a fairly quick and simple procedure, compared to other hotels where it seems to take up to half an hour just to get into the room. Traveling in and around Dalian is very simple, using both taxis and if you happen to be adventurous, the bus system, and the hotel's staff is always very helpful with providing information about Dalian and its various sights/activities. Arranging transportation is simple; all that is needed is a call to the concierge or to the front desk.
Overall, I will continue to use this hotel when I travel to Dalian, and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay while in this city.
With regards to rating TCG;
I am very pleased to have discovered your website, and I am very happy with the services that you provide/have provided me with. Although there have been a few mishaps in the past ( all of which were my fault, due to rushing), TCG has continued to provide me with great service with regards to booking hotels in every city that I happen to travel to with my business in Mainland China. Hotel had great location with easy access to the airport. The room I stayed was on 20th floor with a nice view. I was quite satisfied with this staying. From check-in to check-out, I got a welcoming treat. Also, their spacious room and comfortable soft bed left me very deep impression.
