The Wanda was excellent in every way. We will book through you again and also stay at the Wanda. 10 out of 10 for them too. By the way they had non smoking rooms.

It would be my pleasure to write a brief review and rate the service that TCG has provided me with.
Dalian Wanda hotel is currently one of my favorite hotels while staying in Dalian, due to the courteous staff, great location, and comfortable accommodations At least once during every week of my stay I was given a plate of fresh fruit with compliments from the manager and my room was always very thoroughly cleaned each day. The majority of the staff speaks a fair amount of English (for the non-mandarin speaking travelers), and most (staff) are very familiar with the area, so I had no problems locating various areas of interest, as well as arranging transportation. Checking in to the hotel was a fairly quick and simple procedure, compared to other hotels where it seems to take up to half an hour just to get into the room. Traveling in and around Dalian is very simple, using both taxis and if you happen to be adventurous, the bus system, and the hotel's staff is always very helpful with providing information about Dalian and its various sights/activities. Arranging transportation is simple; all that is needed is a call to the concierge or to the front desk.
Overall, I will continue to use this hotel when I travel to Dalian, and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay while in this city.

I am very pleased to have discovered your website, and I am very happy with the services that you provide/have provided me with. Although there have been a few mishaps in the past ( all of which were my fault, due to rushing), TCG has continued to provide me with great service with regards to booking hotels in every city that I happen to travel to with my business in Mainland China. There have even been a few instances where I have had to change my arrival/departure times from the hotel due to emergencies, and TCG seems to be able to accommodate that. Short-notice bookings (depending on how short), also seem to not be a problem, when I have called on behalf of a few friends to book hotels for them through your service. I will continue to use TCG in the future, as I see it as an invaluable tool that aids me with my travels that no other website has. I have often recommended your website to colleagues and friends alike, and I will continue to do so. Next year I will be flying my parents to visit Mainland China, and without a doubt, I will be arranging their itinerary through www.travelchinaguide.com. There is not much I can suggest at this moment to help improve your services, but when I think of some, I will definitely write to you again.
