i really like the looks of your hotel. i have seen many pictures of it online and if ever I travel to beijing I will definitly stay there. also if ever any of my friends ever think about going to beijing i will reccomend the hotel for them to stay at. It was our first visit to China and your hotel offered us great comfort and pleasure. Our room had a view of the Forbidden City, and the morning buffet was a great way to start each day of new experiences in Beijing. Both hotels worked out well. The Wangfujing had a great view of the Hidden City out the back facing room, the food at the cafe buffet was good except for desserts, and the service was very accomodating. Our only complaints: Neither place was able to give us a queen/king bed and the beds were very hard.(We had a very hard bed in another hotel we stayed in and wondered if this is just a cultural preference of the Chinese.) At our age, we need a little more cushioning. I found myself often tossing and turning trying to get comfortable, and then waking to aching hip bones. We would use your service again. I have booked with many online services in the past but none have been as efficient, friendly and pro-active as TCG. I had been concerned that my booking was too "last minute" to obtain a confirmation in time. However, one call to your office was enough to resolve any doubts. I am always impressed with the service levels, attentive staff and good facilities. In particular I enjoy using the swimming pool. My only slight disappointment has to be the breakfast buffet. It was not very tasty and the service was, to be honest, fairly indifferent. The location of the hotel suited me perfectly as my business meetings were all in central Beijing. The view of the Forbidden City and MeiShan from my hotel window was, as always, simply spectacular! I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to other business and private travellers to Beijing.
