Hotel is ok but the biggest problem is lack of English speaking people at the reception so had a very hard time trying to communicate for laundry service, taxi and other things, there is no concierge or business center that functioned while I was there

I found the staff very professional, courteous, and helpful. The location of the hotel was ideal for my purposes. I was very pleased with the room accommodations, and the services available at the hotel. The breakfast facilities were excellent; the restaurants were top-notch. My only regret is that the health center was closed while I was there. This was a disappointment.
(One addition that would have been nice, that the Jin Ling hotel, where I stayed in Nanjing, offers, would be a DVD player hooked to the room's TV system. I was in an executive room, so maybe that would be a service for executive floors only.)
The booking experience was excellent. Your inclusion of directions to the hotel in Chinese was most appreciated. The reservation was handled professionally, and the accommodations were exactly what I requested in the booking.

I was very content with the hotel and the service.
The neighborhood was very good and the people very friendly.
The only thing I found disappointing was the fact that the swimming pool was closed from 1/9 for being restored.
With best regards
