I've been using your service many times for booking Wangfujing Grand Hotel. Over all, I appreciate the experience.
The only complain: I often have to arrive in Beijing through Int'l airport with a flight that arrives at 10pm, therefore I can not be at the hotel before 11pm, and your service does not guarantee the room so late? Can this be fixed?

About your complain, we are sorry to hear that. However, the hotel always keeps the room for guests till 18:00 without any guarantee. If your check-in time is later than 20:00, the hotel will require guarantee. So, next time you come to Beijing and book this hotel, you would better send us your credit card information and we will forward it to the hotel to guarantee your room. Hope for your better understanding.

Our stay in Beijing at the Wangfujing Hotel was excellent! We would highly recommend this place to stay. It was convenient to most attractions. The staff was courteous. the breakfast was very good. the concierge was extremely helpful in our search for unusual restaurants, and places to go. The room was good, clean.

Firstly, I would really like to thank you for all the hotel bookings and flight bookings you have made for us. Taking into account the short notice everything was done, I would rate your services as 9/10. Since the flight payment was a little hectic but only because it was on the weekend, but in my opinion credit card payment is more convenient.

Secondly, thank you so much for keeping us rooms for the late check-in. Also, we had to change our flight dates, which TCG helped us and suggested we change the flight details at the airport which was more convenient for us.

All in all, we were very pleased with your services. All the best of luck in your work.

The review for Wangfujing Grand Hotel, Beijing
The location couldn't be better all the shops, the Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City are all within walking distance. All of the staff members speak English and are very friendly and helpful. If you want to stay in the heart of Beijing with and easy access to all amenities, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
