Winterless Hotel is located in the east of the Central Business District (CBD). This was my first time to China, I found the hotel excellent, I do not speak Chinese but found checking in easy to, the staff were friendly and courteous, the room although not large had all facilities and was comfortable, the restaurant appeared to cater for all nationalities for breakfast (ate out in the evenings), I would be more than happy to stay there again.

I was very satisfied with the services provided by TCG. But about the hotel, I was generally satisfied but I have the following remarks:
-my room was on the 3rd floor a front-hotel view and was pretty noisy;
-the front-desk employee do not speak English;
-the surroundings of the hotel was muddy and the hotel wasn't so close of the center as I was expect.
I don't take picture with the hotel because the surroundings was no so pretty. Thank you for your services and be sure that I will use your services in the future.
