I can clearly recommend this hotel to all foreign travellers to Xian, especially those who are in Xian for Business. The facilities are first class, a very clean hotel and the staff is very servable and sympathic. The business center is really at the disposition for the business guests and do everything possible to help the guests. As overall appreciation I can say that this hotel was more then satisfying and I will absolutely come back to this hotel for my next stay in Xian. As suggestion to improve the service I could mention the following minor elements: 1. Please check availability of internet connection in business rooms. Line was present but could get no connection with the internet, maybe due to differences between European and Chinese encodings. Same for wireless LAN, I could have connection with the LAN but no e-mails or internet. Maybe you should check this out. 2. I had a business room and there was a desk in it, but I missed a telephone on the desk. I had to run each time to the bed to make my calls and take notes on a piece of paper. A telephone on the desk is easier when working (with the laptop). Also please take note of the following special remark. I wish to express my gratitude and thanks to the Concierge Kity. Her serviability, professional skills and gentleness are of the highest level and greatly contribute to my positive experience of my stay in the Xian International Conference Center. It will be a real pleasure for me to meet her again at my next stay in Xian.
