The five-star Paradise Resort is a green hotel with garden style. Invested by Shaanxi Wangyuan holding Industry Co. Ltd., managed by Huasha International Hotel Management Group, Singapore, the hotel is well equipped and charmingly organized with stacked stones, flooding lake and wandering towers and cloisters. The grassland set off by the lush green trees depicts a quiet and tastefully fairyland. Beside the beautiful lakefront in the garden, the only Japanese-style spa in the Northwestern China is the most ideal place for business gathering and leisure.

Xian Paradise Resort: It can't be considered a 5 stars hotel. The carpet is full of spots and the towels are old. Good bed and sheets but they didn't have the famous card that allow them not to change the bed sheets every day and they didn't do it. Sauna very poor. Room service with few options and when you choose one of these options, they didn't have. Although of the hotel was almost empty, they gave us a room very far from the lobby. We asked for staying in the room for some more hours after the check out time and the girl told me that they would charge for this. I would not stay at this hotel again.
About TCG: I really loved your service. The hotel address in Chinese, sent with the voucher, was wonderful. I didn't have any problem in none of the reservations during our visit in China. We made 8 reservations using TCG and all of them where perfect. We decided to change one of the hotels just one day before and we used your on-line service, that was wonderful too.
We have been very satisfied with the services of TCG Booking Centre. We have also been very satisfied with the facilities, staff service, location as well as surroundings. They also asisted us in arranging our tours.
We thank you for making such pleasant booking for us and thank the staff at Xian Paradse Hotel for making our stay comfortable.
