Xiangyun Hotel, Nanning, a tourist hotel for foreigners, operated by Yongzhou Restaurant and Taiwanese businessmen corporately, lies in the flourishing downtown zone where the traffic is quite convenient and environment is refreshing. The hotel owns such rooms as Deluxe Suite, Junior Suite, Standard Double Room, and Deluxe Single Room, all outfitted with modern facilities including central air-conditioners, international and domestic direct dial telephones, satellite TV, automatic fire alarm system, and computer management system. As for dining-halls, Zhengyang Dining- hall of oriental flavor and Swan Dining- hall of European flavor are both available. Meanwhile, the entertainment center will bring you never-ending fun and enjoyment. 32 km to the airport, 5 km to the train station, and 1 kilometer to the downtown, it is surely a good place for tourists to stay.

Good hotel in excellent location. Very close to Peoples park, city center five minutes walk. Chinese dishes for breakfast, but nice. Not to healthy according my friend. Business center is small but functional. Two cons - male receptionists do not speak English (even they think so). And there is massage saloon downstairs, with service on the room. Difficult to obtain real massage...

The hotel's location in my opinion is the right place. The important and interesting places in Nanning are near. With public transport also has no problems, bus stops are very close.
Room facilities at a good level - clean.
Our staff trained, considerate, helpful - service at a very good level.

I was completely satisfied with the facility, staff service, location as well as surroundings during my stay in the Xiangyun Hotel. It was a most pleasurable experience to have such a clean and well presented room for my stay within the hotel complex. I utilised the hotel dining room on several occasions and also used the laundry service. All of the amenities and the staff service were first class and this made my stay there even more pleasant. Security and taxi service provided at the hotel were also excellent and I fully commend and thank all staff members for assisting me throughout my stay.
I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel during my next visit to Nanning and would highly recommend anyone who does seek accommodation in this city to utilise the professional services provided there. Everything was ok in Xiangyun Hotel, Nanning except one; there was no hot water, though I complained about....! The room and the staff service were excellent and the location for those I wanted to do was not bad!

After having a rather disappointing experience with both 5 and 4-star hotel in Nanning, as far as the size of the bed is concerned, I decided to stay at Xiangyun. I checked the room first and it was a real surprise to find a very nice room with a beds that suited me. Other experiences are similar to what others have mentioned here, I like to mention the WONDERFUL chinese restaurant with all (or almost all) vegetarian dishes. This one was the biggest surprise.
