I am happy to comply with your request for feedback. It is no exaggeration to say that without your service I could not have travelled in China. Your replies were prompt and the hotels always had the reservation on file when I arrived. You also made sure that my reservation was kept when my arrival was past 18:00. As for the Xishan Hotel, the room (in fact a small suite) was very spacious for its price. It was as clean as all the other hotels I was in, and satisfied every need I had. The hotel staff was very friendly. They didn't speak as much english as in the other hotels I stayed, but found ways to answer my questions.
