The Crown Hotel in Xishuangbanna was very disappointing, the staff wasn't very nice, and the room was far from being a 3 stars hotel room: very poor equipment, and not very clean. Also due to the holiday the prices were really high (but this is the same everywhere in China during this period). I stayed one night and changed hotel the following day.
I have no problem with the TCG booking service.

The Hotel was very comfortable with very good service. They even picked us up at the airport for free. I can really recommend this hotel and if I ever come back to Jinghong, I would stay there again. The only thing that could be better: Using the Internet is too expensive. This should be free for guests.
