We really enjoyed our trip to Beijing and found our stay at the Xiyuan Hotel exactly what we were looking for. I appreciate your efforts working with us to get this booked properly. My guess is that your customers don't always require 12 e-mails to get a reservation booked. Thanks for sticking with us and helping us get this arranged. The Xiyuan Hotel was perfect the accommodation for our group. My son was staying at a University a few blocks away which made it very convenient for us. The hotel staff was excellent and helpful.
