About TCG: I really loved your service. The hotel address in Chinese, sent with the voucher, was wonderful. I didn't have any problem in none of the reservations during our visit in China. We made 8 reservations using TCG and all of them where perfect. We decided to change one of the hotels just one day before and we used your on-line service, that was wonderful too.

New Century Grand Hotel, Xuzhou: Very good hotel, but don't go in winter. They put us in a very cold room, on a very cold and far away aisle and after one night almost freezing we asked to change, because they told us that the heater really had a problem and they tried to charge more for the other room, but we refused to pay more and they accepted. Breakfast not so bad. They charge for the sauna (that's incredible!!!). The staff just pretend that they speak English and when you ask for something they do what they want. Good towels and good beds but they didn't give us the king size bed that I've asked for. I would stay at this hotel again (in summer...)..

1. The hotel is OK. The new rooms are very nice and well equipped. The staff are friendly and try very hard.

2. Your service is excellent. I have no complaints and will continue to use you.

I think the hotel and surroundings were great. The people at the hotel were very hospitable and helpful with all of my needs. They do a great job of making the guest comfortable and welcome.

My experience with this booking agency was very smooth and painless. The office followed up to confirm that the stay was what I had expected. The reservation was in place, and there were no problems with my stay. Keep up the good work. I will definitely use this service again on my next stay at this hotel again.
