Dear TCG, It's been a while since I have used your services through online booking. But I do like to comment on the hotels I stayed in earlier this year (see below) and the services from your side. At both hotels I had very good experiences, in terms of comfort and service of the personnel. At both hotels at least one person understood English which was an added bonus for me. Otherwise checking in went smooth and I felt very safe at both places. Internet facilities were free. The hotel restaurants were adequate to very good even for a vegetarian like me. I will certainly use your services through internet again on my next China trip in 2010. They have proven to be prompt, accurate and trustworthy. Yangshuo Regency Holiday Hotel - Lovely location and one of our rooms had views of the mountains over the village (specifically request this otherwise you end up on the ground floor looking out at another building). The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms clean. No Lift!!!!! So beware of what you need to carry up the stairs. But worth it for the central location. Breakfast is great for Chinese eaters - but very ordinary for westerners - but there are plenty of great cafes around. The booking process was really easy and receiving the maps etc with the booking confirmation in both Chinese and English was very helpful. Dear Lena, Yangshuo Regency Holiday Hotel: Out of 5 points, I'll give it 4.0. The location of the hotel is one of the best as it is at the start of West Street. Rooms are nothing to shout about but are generally clean and comfortable. The staff even though can't speak English well makes very good attempt to communicate and make our stay comfortable. My kids liked the hotel and have no qualms going there again. TCG booking service: Very professional as I had made a few calls to travel China before I made the confirmation. On one occasion, I wanted to book Longsheng hotel but your girl did not have it in the list. It'll be good if they can help suggest other help sites for things that travel china do not have. Otherwise, the registration was efficient and all my bookings were confirmed within the 24 hrs. Well done!
