This hotel is very well located in the city center of Yangshuo and so very convenient for all visits and shopping also if little bit noisy due to its central location. Service and room was good, breakfast a little bit poor. Some disatavatage of the hotel : Aircondition does not work through all the night and their is no possibilty to change momey in the hotel. Two remarks without great importance : - problem of language with the staff (it was not easy to understand each other in english). - the breakfast is an 'asiatic' one, specialy without coffee..... The Staffservice was average. However, during our stay we encountered several problems. We were in a 4th floor room and it was very noisy in the evenings. In the afternoon and evenings there was no cold water although there was some hot water which made showering extremely dangerous. Water pressure was not good. The rooms were cleaned dailybut for several days we had to go and request towels when arriving home in the late afternoon as they had not been supplied in the rooms. We were never supplied with hand towels. Although the hotel didn't appear to be that busy we felt their services and facilities were stretched beyond their limits.
