It's impossible it's five star hotel... I gave him max 3 stars, food not good. Room service OK but not 5 star My god! Very inconvenient location. Never go this hotel again

We have stayed many times in Guangzhou during exhibition times and had to check out early on two occasions.

There was no hesitation in refunding the overpaid amounts. At the time we booked through China Travel Service who were very efficient. If the YIHE Hotel wishes to be compared with the better hotels in Guangzhou, we suggest they change their policy. It should not be ignored that we only checked out one day before the end of the Canton Fair.

We do have contacted the hotel for this issue, but been informed by Mr. Shang of the Sale Department, the leadership of the hotel refuse to refund the money for your early check out, since the policy is particularly applied for the Canton Fair. this is a a very clean hotel and i would go back there and stay, however the day i had checked out, i exchanged usd for rmb and had being given a fake 100 rmb!! this caused a huge mess up in my onward journey! they fuss over a dollar bill if it has being torn less then a 1cm yet they give me fake money!! plz be warned fellow guests check money when u change!
