Yihe Hotel, Guangzhou is located inside Yihe Mountain Villa-a famous community surrounded by beautiful landscape, next to Nanhu Golf Course. Transportation around is convenient - twenty-minute driving to downtown city, fifteen-minute ride to Guangzhou East Railway Station, and ten-minute driving to Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. Moreover, a number of bus stops are at our hotel and free shuttle buses to downtown are offered as well. Built in line with the international five-star hotel standard, Yihe Hotel is a garden hotel brimming with South Asian Style. The hotel owns a 2,500 square meters’ swimming pool, a 450 square meters’ indoor swimming pool with constant temperature, a 10,000 square meters’ surfing ground and a 6,000 square meters’ parking space. I have been traveled all over the world and I never been so badly trained in this way. Even Africa as better customers service(nice people, very smiling, warm and friendly people, I recommend Africa to everyone) In Guangzhou and Shenzhen people have very a bad behavior, the reception are very rude, they need to be retrain in customer service. The end of the days no one will come back in this hotel so you will be the one losing out. I would never recommend you to anyone and good luck! I'm embarrassed and shame to be Chinese.

It’s a 3star not 5star, customer service very poor, the reception is very rude and not professional at all........ They are hungry money in china..!!!! Not recommend anyone...

I stayed at this property many times over the span of one year. It is excellent! It's a bit far from the GZ city centre though, but with the new subway that shouldn't be a problem.

The restaurant at the top of the Pagoda is excellent. There are residences around the property too, with many happy children running around learning English. It creates a nice atmosphere. Of course, conversing in English can be a struggle, and one can't expect fluency from all the hotel staff. Be patient, polite, and speak slowly, and you will be able to communicate.

It's impossible it's five star hotel... I gave him max 3 stars, food not good. Room service OK but not 5 star My god! Very inconvenient location. Never go this hotel again
