I'd stayed at Yindo Hotel on Feb 14th. And I am very happy with my choice of this hotel, which I got it via the net. Appended are my input:

1) The hotel location is very central in region ... walking distance to shopping mart and eatery. However the front staff need to be more conversant in English.

2) TCG booking center: am very happy with their services.

My wife and I were happy with the overall experience during our recent stay at Yindo, Zhuhai. The room we had was big in size and the decor and arrangement suited our preference, though many items aged over time but at least the beddings and carpet were fairly good still and more importantly, clean. However, we did appreciate its a fairly old hotel but its still has its charm. We didn't have the opportunity to make much use of the other facilities like gym or swimming pool as it was still closed during the cold season. Eateries we patronised were the western grill, cafe and the foodstreet outlet where the food we consumed were to our satisfaction. The staff we encountered during our stay were all friendly and polite. As we can communicate in 'putonghua' too that went a long way. However, I don't quite understand at the reception while checking-in where I was told to place a deposit of Yuan 1,800 for the 3 days stay when the total room bill was not even expected to exceed Yuan 1,600. When I asked the receptionist why but I didn't get a reply. Also at the eateries, the impression I got was there was a preference for cash settlement over signing onto the room bill, perhaps I was wrong but I didn't asked. Though I did suspect that there could be some issue at those 'point of sales either that the online connectivity was not in place or the system was facing some down time.

Perhaps the hotel needs a quick makeover and a coat of fresh paint in order to restore to its old gloroius days. The hotel's location is superb with walking proximity to shopping areas and other amenities including the Gongbei Border Gate.

Online booking was straight forward and simple and its was with quick acknowledgement response time.

Dear TCG, thanks a lot for arranging for me a room in the last minute before I leaves for China. Yes, your service was superb and staffs were very helpful. I will use your service again for my future trips.

Location of Yindo was quite good, centrally located in the city center. As though hotel was not quite new, rooms were spotless and in good condition. The reception staffs were very helpful and courteous and they made the check in very easy and fast. Room service was all right, curtains were draw every night and room was made up. The Chinese foods offered was the best that I ever experienced. I would like to recommend this hotel to all of my friends.
