Due to the low season, there were few people in the hotel. The whole villa was quiet. Environment nearby was very beautiful and nice. We stayed in one Deluxe Standard Room with the king size bed; the room was very clean and well decorated. The facilities in the room were ok. Breakfast in the hotel is delicious, but the problem is that the food is mostly cold. Thus, I did not have breakfast in the hotel the next day, and went out the hotel to have breakfast in other little restaurant, very delicious Chinese food. In all, the hotel is ok, and I would like to stay in the hotel again. The people there were courteous, the rooms were super clean and they were even there at all times in the night to give us hot water for our babies formula.I would reccomend this hotel to everyone who stays in Chengdu. All the hotels were up to our expectations, only one issue is the Double Bed. The Hotel in Guangzhou, the Landmark Canton only had single beds. Maybe suggest in future you make sure they know this. We showed them the email confirmation we had received from you. Otherwise, the Landmark was a lovely hotel in a great position. The Hyatt Xian was also excellent and the manager of the Yinhe Dynasty Hotel in Chengdu was very helpful. We had a few language problems with English but hopefully the staff will get more training.
