Hi Joyce and Lena, My experience at the Days Inn Yiwu: The staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel was not what i had expected from the Days Inn chain of hotels. The room was big and had internet connection. However, the carpet was dirty with lots of stains and looked like it had not been changed in 25 years. The bed and linens were clean. The hotel was a bit away from the city center, but then again, Yiwu is a small city and there is not much to do. I did not like the breakfast at all. I would stay there again had it been a bit closer to the city center.
As for booking through Travel China Guide, it was fantastic, easy, and hassle free. I would definitely use them to book again and again.

Dear sir, It was nice to stay at best western hotel in yiwu. All the services and the hotel were good. The only problem I faced was the air-conditioning. I really found it strange that the hotel used to shut the ac plant at 12 in the night. I complained about the matter but it was not resolved. I was told that lot of guests used to complain that it used to get cold at night but what I have to say that since all the rooms had ac control units if somebody feels cold could shut the ac but if somebody feels hot he can not do anything about it reason the ac plant was shut. I have never seen this sort of thing any where in the world.
After complaining about ac i was told to open the window of the room so that air can come in. It is really strange.

Next time if you choose to stay in our hotel again, we will send you a welcome letter and plate with fruits to apologize for all troubles and inconveniences being made. We also promise you to upgrade the room; you will stay in a better room for the same price as before.
We really hope to see you again in our hotel. If you have any other requests or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact our hotel.
