Room a little dirty with wet patch to carpet outside bathroom but otherwise no complaints!
I am due to stay at this hotel again later this week for 1 night, Thurs 16 Dec

The worst thing is the hotel breakfast; need to walk to outside, only porridge, egg, no other dishes. The only recommendable thing is they offer 24 hour pick up service, but you still need to wait. Anyhow, my booking agency TCG provided efficient service for me.

We booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and gave us a convenient place to stay while waiting for our next flight. As such it was satisfactory. The girls at the desk were friendly and did their best but had limited English. It took several tries for one to explain how to find a restaurant for our evening meal. It gave us some exercise looking for it but was not hard to find once she took us to the street and pointed the direction to take. She showed us where we were to get the breakfast we ordered and gave us the opening time. The breakfast room was closed the next morning. After waiting for some time we checked with the girl on duty in the morning. She spoke even less English than the other but gave us some packaged noodles for our breakfast. Not good value for our money. I would not recommend this hotel for anything but an overnight stay if one is between flights.
The pickup and drop-off service seems efficient although we missed the pickup, likely because we did not understand how the system worked. We looked for a contact inside the building rather than outside. The taxi fare was very reasonable so it was not a major problem
The service you TCG provided was efficient and excellent.

I just stayed at the hotel for hours for a flight transfer. The hotel offered reasonable price for the room and provided transfer from and to the airport. About 10mins to the airport, but the room is a little bit noisy.

DO NOT believe that this hotel will meet you at the airport and pick you up in the evenings. They said they would be at the airport when I arrive...they were not, and had no intention of picking me up. After 5 calls to the hotel by a Chinese person and a 2 hour wait they finally came to get me. I tried to get a taxi but they wanted up to 300RMB!!! (More than the cost of the room) and even with good directions printed out, no taxi cab driver (I tried 6) would take me as they did not know where it was. I think that many (maybe most) taxi drivers can not read ...or read a map for sure. My flight arrived at 11:30pm (delta) at first the hotel said they had no van for pick up. EVEN though they sent me a confirmation of pick up and they knew my flight time. I tried to get the cab with no luck so called again. FINALLY they sent a car at 1 am. Very discouraging after a 24 hour travel trip. Rooms are pretty new, carpet horrid but clean otherwise. Do not believe them that they will pick you up late at night. I had already paid for the room or I would have just forgotten the whole thing. There is a counter at the airport that will get you a hotel when you arrive...not much more expensive and I will do that next time. Those were the girls that took the time to help me with this hotel.
