Dear TCG and the hotel staffs, I am writing to thank you for your wonderful service and great help for my trip during China. Everything went smoothly, and no problem was caused for the reservations. Your booking service is very helpful and convenient, I will definitely use again. The hotel is very beautiful; the hotel staffs are polite and helpful, check in was very easy. I was informed by the hotel staff that there was no reservation for me. I was unhappy when I heard this, because TCG had informed me that my reservation was confirmed. Then, the hotel staff called TCG booking center to check the reservation. At last, they found my reservation. I really appreciated the kind and efficient TCG service. I will definitely use your service again. The hotel is also very good, spacious lobby. The hotel room is well-decorated and spacious.
