Dear friends of TCG, I'm happy to answer your questions: 1-. The service you provided was superb. Response was prompt and correct. Reservation was made adequate and no problem for checking in. Job well done! 2-. The hotel has been a very good experience. Location was perfect with minutes drive to the shopping mall. Transportation was also very convenient. I was offered decent huge room and the surrounding was good. The hotel offers plenty of toiletries every day in the bathroom and the towels were really white and clean. Staffs were friendly and helpful and the service was first class. The hotel has a good location. It is only 90 minutes to Changsha airport and minutes away from city center, municipal government offices, railway station and bus terminal. I would like to book the hotels in China trough TCG booking center; I booked hotels with TCG for several times. I was very satisfied with all the hotels reserved by TCG, Holiday Inn hotel is very good, good location and good facilities. Just one problem is that the air-conditioning in my room did not work when I stayed in the hotel (just one night).
