Location was great. It's quite near to the ancient city. And the hotel was built beside the Lake with three sides facing it. It was great to have a walk along the lake after dinner. The room was spacious and very clean. The view from my window was great. Hotel staffs were very helpful and courteous. I was treated as VIP and I enjoyed this feeling very much. The breakfast was okay and the dim sum was great. I will definitely come back this hotel again next time for my upcoming trip.

This resort hotel is within a 5-minute walk to Ancient Town. The rooms are very clean and nicely furnished. You can have a quite and peaceful stroll in the morning on the lake front. Breakfast is mainly Chinese style. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and think it is very good value for the money. The only problem is that the hotel staff do not speak much English so knowing a little bit of Mandarin helps.

There were several disappointments with this hotel. The main concern was that the refrigerators had been removed from the rooms and there was nowhere to get a cold drink. This hotel needs to improve its supply of details to customers in English.
