Dear Lena, thank you for inviting me for the hotel review. The hotel is just situated in the city center. The location is good and convenient for shopping or sightseeing. The room commands a fine view of the city. However, the hotel was old and the facilities are dated. The service is not very professional.
I am very satisfied with your booking service and I will continue to use your service in my China trip during the following days.
Best regards,

The hotel I located near to the Drum Tower, with easy access to the city center, thus we had a good time in this city. The problem is that the hotel is a little far from the airport, we had to check out the hotel earlier to take a taxi to the airport for my plane.
The hotel is very good, room is clean and comfortable, and the facilities in the room all work very well. The hotel staffs are very kind and courteous, but communication is a problem for the foreigners and the hotel staff, only some of them can speak English. Anyway, I had no problem for my reservation made by TCG booking center, the receptionist found my reservation easily after I showed her my booking voucher provided by TCG.
I really appreciated the excellent TCG booking service. I would like to highly recommend their service to all.
