First of all, the service of TCG is excellent, as well when you order flights or train tickets. Don't hesitate.
Lucky, we stayed the hotel for just 1 night. The staff doesn't speak English. You can not pay with your credit card. The room is outdated, single glass while the airport is 300mtr from the hotel. Breakfast is OK.
Zhangjiajie International Hotel is in Zhangjiajie City, half an hour away from the national reserve. Zhangjiajie City is in itself very interesting, and worthwhile visiting for a taste of typical Hunan life, but it is inconvenient to get to the scenic spots. Zhangjiajie International Hotel competes with many other three star hotels in the area but doesn't match them in value. After one day, we moved to a nearby hotel, which was less expensive and more modern. Unfortunately I left expensive camera equipment behind in my room and the hotel staff were of no help at all.

Dear agency, my booking experience with TCG was fantastic. Everything was running smoothly. Thanks for your good service. As for Minnan Hotel, it was acceptable for me. Well decorated big rooms, comfortable beds, spacious and clean washroom were what a four star hotel you could expected. Breakfasts were just so so with limit in selection. Well, the scenery of the hills in Zhangjiajie were great and definitely worthy you a three days?visit.
