1. Yes, I'm satisfied with TCG booking service, fast and prompt. I'll use again when need. 2. International Hotel was great. Room was very spacious, clean and tidy. Surrounding was okay, quiet and away from hassle part of the town. There was a park nearby and the scenery was beautiful. Service was superb, staffs were very friendly and all of my questions were answered properly with patience. That's great. Well, the level of English of the hotel staffs still need to improve if the manager wants to appeal more foreign clients.

Firstly, I am very satisfied with the service of TCG. As to the hotel, the service is good, the hotel staffs are helpful. But the hotel breakfast is bad, at least, I will not recommend the breakfast to anyone. As to the room, I should say that there is always an odor in the entire floor, although the cleaner tried her best. All in all, I am not satisfied with this hotel.
